The scrap I used is No Such Luck by Ziggy Fan Scrap Designs

Mask of Choice
Open a new 600x600 transparent image
Copy and paste Paper12 as new layer and apply mask to this layer
Copy and paste Frame3
Select the inside of the frame
Selections..Modify..Expand 5
Copy and paste Paper
Selections..Invert
Delete
Move this layer under frame
Copy and paste tube
Resize and position to the left of the frame
Opacity 52
Blend Mode Luminance (L)
Copy and paste tube
Position to the right
Duplicate
Move this layer above the frame
with your eraser remove any parts that are above the frame you don't want above it.
Add elements of your choice and apply drop shadow
Add your name and copyrights
Resize and save to your liking
