I am using Artwork by Keith Garvey in which you need a license to use.
You can purchase a license at PSP Tubes Emporium
The scrap I used is Sweet Denim by Ziggy Fan Scrap Designs
My Template that I made for Creative Misfits

Open the template duplicate and close out the original
Delete Copyright layer
On big oval layer Selections..Select all..Float..Defloat
Copy and paste Paper11
Selections..Invert..Delete
Delete the big oval layer
Select the oval layer
Selections..Select all..Float..Defloat
Copy and paste Paper6
Selections..Invert..Delete
Do not deselect
Delete oval layer
Copy and paste your close up tube and position on the left side
Duplicate Tube layer and position on the right side
Merge your tube layers
Delete what is hanging over the oval
Deselect
Put the Blend Mode to luminance legacy
Colorize the word art to match your tube
Copy and paste Tube
Position and add a drop shadow of your liking
Copy and paste Bandana
Duplicate
Move on to the top right corner
Move the other to the bottom left corner trying to line it up so it looks like one
Add your text and copyright
Resize and save to your liking
